Therapeutic Workshops and Support Groups

Workshops and Groups
Our groups and workshops are open to all ages and vary by topic. Some are psychotherapeutic, led by a Registered Psychotherapist, and may qualify for insurance coverage depending on your plan. Others are wellness-focused, designed to support balance, resilience, and personal growth.

Each session offers practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and a supportive community. Open to everyone—not just current clients.
This four-week, one-hour shared reading series explores Julia Samuel’s This Too Shall Pass. Facilitated by Jessica Vargas, Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Educator. Sessions draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles—clarifying what matters, present-moment awareness, and values-aligned action—in a gentle, discussion-based format. Offered as an affordable community offering, this program is non-clinical; it is not psychotherapy and does not assess, diagnose, or treat.
Please have your own copy of the book. Group size is limited to six.
Open to the public—feel free to invite a friend, or two.
