Who Can Join Our Workshops and Groups?
Our workshops and groups are open to everyone—not just current clients. Whether you’re looking for support with stress, anxiety, personal growth, or connection, these sessions provide a welcoming space for anyone interested in healing and learning.You do not need to be in therapy or have prior experience to participate. All are invited to join.

Restore & Regulate is a 4-week small group experience designed to gently release tension, calm your body, and build emotional resilience through breathwork, slow intentional movement, and therapeutic reflection. Starting August 12th, this group is limited to just three participants, this intimate setting ensures you receive personalized attention and support.
This isn’t a gym class — it is a trauma-aware, therapist-curated experience created specifically for people navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or chronic stress.
Led by a certified Pause Breathwork & Yoga facilitator, Karen Drexler, and structured by Jessica Vargas, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), this series offers the safety of a small group and the healing of a whole-body reset.
