Meet Carol
Carol Mansour,
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
Carol offers a warm, compassionate, and insight-oriented approach to therapy, grounded in authenticity, emotional connection, and collaborative care. She works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Carol has a particular interest in men’s mental health, couples and family dynamics, and supporting individuals who may be struggling silently beneath the pressures of daily life. She values creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore emotions more openly, deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
Carol's therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and relational perspectives, recognizing the importance of understanding both present challenges and the deeper patterns that shape emotional wellbeing and interpersonal relationships.
Carol’s background includes psychotherapy clinic experience, crisis support work, mental health research, and community-based support roles. She has completed training in psychoanalysis, EFT, CBT, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Carol offers both virtual and in-person psychotherapy through Serene Lotus Psychotherapy.
